Our Story
SCOPE Diagnostics was founded in 2025 by Dr. Osman in Indiana. After completing his dermatopathology fellowship at Indiana University, he recognized the need for a more responsive, accurate, and patient-centered approach to diagnostic services.
Recognizing the limitations of the industry's outdated processes, he set out to build the laboratory he'd always envisioned—combining advanced technology with precision and efficiency.
Today, SCOPE Diagnostics serves dermatology practices throughout Indiana and the broader Midwest region, providing unmatched diagnostic accuracy, guaranteed 24-hour turnaround, and personalized service that puts patient care first.
Our Founder
Dr. Hany Osman
Dr. Osman is a dedicated leader in diagnostic pathology, committed to delivering precise and innovative patient care. He graduated with honors from Cairo University School of Medicine, completed his Pathology residency and a dermatopathology fellowship at Indiana University, and undertook a research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Osman has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and holds multiple U.S. patents related to pathology innovation. He is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and has been recognized by the American Society for Clinical Pathology as one of their "40 Under Forty" honorees.
